Three Delicious Dinners

Friday - Lake Perch

Delicately breaded lake perch with a touch of lemon juice may be a simple recipe, but it's one you will remember for eternity. Whether this perch is eaten alone or served with our homemade tartar sauce, you will be amazed at how succulent it is. Dinner will begin at 4:00PM.

Saturday - City Chicken

A mainstay in the kitchen back in the good ol' days, this recipe is a classic for Southeast Michigan. You can't even begin to appreciate a dinner of this magnitude. Dinner will begin at 4:00PM so come on down and check out this excellent recipe.

Sunday - BBQ Chicken

The BBQ Chicken dinner has been cooked at the festival for over twenty years and yes we have it perfected! Dry rubbed and slow cooked over a charcoal fire topped with our secret sauce that only the ushers know. Served with a loaded baked potato and vegetables. Dinner is from 12:00PM - 5:00PM.

Beer Tent

Enjoy a few drinks with friends and family at the St. Stephen Festival while enjoying a beautiful May weekend in Michigan. There will be beer, wine and mixed drinks to help you relax while listening to some of the live entertainment that will be playing throughout the night.

If the mood strikes, be sure to eat one of our three carefully chosen dinners, outlined above, or try your luck with the $7,000 raffle. Whatever you decide, have a great time and please drink responsibly.

Authentic Polish Foods

Authentic Polish Foods

The Polish foods are a huge part of what helps make this festival a success. All food is homemade from our very talented parishioners who could easily be mistaken for five star restaurant chefs. They have worked tirelessly to provide you with the following menu:

  • Delicious pierogi
  • Hand rolled cabbage rolls
  • Kapusta bowls
  • Polish plate
  • Kielbasa (sauerkraut too!)

Festival Food

There are so many other delicacies throughout the festival. An all-star hamburger booth menu with foods such as nachos, french fries, hot dogs, Italian sausage, pizza, and of course hamburgers, will definitely please that late night appetite. There is also ice cream and an entire booth dedicated for baked goods for all of the sweet tooths out there.
